Jets bring back Justin Miller

The New York Jets have signed KR/CB Justin Miller to replace injured RB Leon Washington on kickoff returns. Miller, 25, was drafted by the Jets in the second round of the 2005 NFL Draft. He spent the first three years of his career with the Gang Green before being waived on November 11, 2008 and replaced by CB Ty Law. Justin Miller returned three kickoff for touchdowns during his career in New York and then added two more in 2008 for the Oakland Raiders. Miller went to the Pro Bowl in 2006 when he returned two kickoffs for touchdowns and averaged 28.3 yards per return.

RB Leon Washington suffered a season ending injury last Sunday against the Oakland Raiders. He averaged 24.1 yards per return this season.
