Jets add Anthony Barr, Josh Bellamy

After agreeing to terms with WR Jamison Crowder earlier today, the Jets also made a deal with LB Anthony Barr who spent the first five seasons of his NFL career with the Minnesota Vikings. Barr, who will turn 27 in one week, started in 71 games for the Vikings. He recorded 237 solo tackles, 13.5 sacks and 7 forced fumbles. The terms of the deal are unknown at this time, but according to spotrac.com, Barr's value is about $8-8.5M per year. He made it to the Pro Bowl in the last four seasons.

Also, the Gang Green agreed to terms with WR Josh Bellamy, formerly of the Chicago Bears. Bellamy caught 76 passes for a total of 999 yards, 5 TDs in 5 seasons for the Bears. It's reportedly a 2-year deal worth around $7M, which includes $2.75M in guaranteed money.
