You're still missing the point that I've tried to say three different ways, and the point that everyone else but you and Tanny get. I'm over it. Tanny was a bad GM and made a bulk of bad decisions that led to his firings. That's the reality no matter which way you want to spin it.

And the MAIN point here is that you implied the fans ran Sanchez and Tanny out of town which 1.) contradicts everything you've been saying in this thread about his billboard (and I agree with you) and 2.) just isn't true.

he was such a bad GM that he gave us multiple chances to reach the SB. how does such a bad GM do that?

the fans all wanted Mark, Mike, Schottenheimer. etc... gone. they got their wish and they deserve these results.

I don't think he was solely bad. He was good because he did put a good team together but he was bad because that team was built to collapse because he was not a good drafter and also because of the terrible contracts he gave out towards the end.

You come back here stroking yourself off non-stop, yet you don't think you have an inflated sense of self-importance? Guess what, a lot of sites write about a lot of stupid shit. Everything you've posted is no exception. That doesn't justify your site's existence.

You justify our site's existence… you are so mentally weak that you can't tune it out. It amuses me. Where are Junc & Joe. Can't wait for them to chime in!

I don't think we've had a good GM in the past twenty years. Parcells was below average, Bradway is awful at every job he's held in the organization, Tannenbaum put a decent team together, but with no regard for the long term financial cap consequences,
and Idzik, based on his first two years, may be the worst of the lot.

Not shocking, but you've read this situation completely wrong. Have fun making back those 700 bucks though.

Congrats, you are big time now. Idzik is gone thanks to you! the sad thing is you believe it will happen b/c of your silly billboard.[IMG]

could have fed a lot of starving kids on Thanksgiving w/ that money. I hope you are proud of yourself.

already pretty close to even - especially when you consider that there are 4 of us… but we definitely appreciate your concern for our finances.

And then got worse... and worse.... annnnnd worse. All because of one person's ineptitude. That person was rightfully fired.

That person built multiple SB contenders but that's not good enough for Jet fans and you are getting what you deserve now b/c of it.

He followed up two SB contenders with two piles of steaming turd. And again, ask yourself why those teams were bad. There's one answer and it rhymes with Manny.

he didn't do a good job but overall in his years here he did a very good job. he built SB contenders once, he could have done it again.

Rex coached two SB contenders, I guess he can do it again too. We should keep him.

Related: Tanny didn't accomplish squat til Rex came to town.

Rex is a top coach in this league, he will succeed somewhere else. I am all for keeping Rex.

they did make the playoffs in 2006 and were on their way to the playoffs until Favre sabotaged the season in 2008.
