There's no way the Titans dont take Marcus, and even if they don't hes not falling outside the top 5 so the Eagles can trade with the Jets

I think it's quite possible that the Titans don't like Mariota at #2. The thing is, if the Eagles really want him, they would not wait and hope for him to fall to #6. They would more likely make a trade to move in front of the Jets.

Right, Mariota will not be there at 6. A whole slew of teams would attempt to move ahead of the Jets if they want him.

Only if his off-the-field issues outweigh any talent he has. Otherwise there is no way.

When Winston never amounts to anything I wont say I told you so. Who's the last QB with a brain the size of a pea that ever did anything in the NFL

Dan Marino was a moron. Brett Favre certainly isn't a MENSA candidate.

What really matters is football IQ. Which by all reports, Winston is a football savant.

The off the field issues show immaturity not a lack of intelligence. Whether he ever matures is another issue completely.

This was funny... Winston I believe will not be a top 10 QB but I think he will be an average guy at the level of Glennon.

If Winston does not get picked up by the Bucs ... I can see him dropping like an anvil into the teens once Mariota goes before him. Odds are he goes no. 1 .... But the rumor mill of off field issues etc. has a way of mushrooming .... Look at Bridgewater.

Bridgewater dropped because he had a lousy Pro Day. Can't remember any rumors about "off field" issues with him.

no kidding ... bridgewater a pro day was an anomaly that caused him to drop. What do you say about Winstons TD/INT ratio??

Bridgewater had fallen from top 3 to outside the top 10 before his pro day. It was an accumulation of things that caused his fall and I think he fell further than he should have but landed at a more appropriate spot than the top 3 he was pegged at going into the process.

Point still is that his drop had nothing to do with "off field issues". As for Winston's TD/INT ratio, its something that he definitely needs to fix.

I just don't get all the love for this kid ... I keep hearing he is the most nfl ready because he played in a pro style offense ... you know who else played in a pro style offense .... Mark freaking Sanchez.

... to be honest I think both QBs ( Winston and Mariota ) belong in the 20s.

    they are not Andrew Luck.
