The Jets, who have recently gotten rid of S Kerry Rhodes, CB Donald Strickland and CB Lito Sheppard, lack depth in their secondary and we should expect more free agent defensive backs in Florham Park in the coming days.

Kerry Rhodes Traded To Arizona

The New York Jets traded S Kerry Rhodes to the Arizona Cardinals on Saturday for a 4th round pick in this year's draft and a 7th round pick in 2011. This move hardly comes as a surprise, as Rhodes has stated quite a few times that he wanted out and his soft playing style didn't exactly fit in Rex Ryan's aggressive defense.

Jets Acquire Cromartie From San Diego

The New York Jets have traded their 2011 3rd round draft pick that could turn into a 2nd round pick to San Diego for CB Antonio Cromartie.
