Everyone knew that the Raiders had a powerful running attack, going into today's game, but hardly anyone could have predicted that Oakland would run for 234 yards en route to a 34-24 win against Rex Ryan's Jets. 234 rushing yards was the highest the Gang Green ever allowed under head coach Rex Ryan.

As it was expected, C Nick Mangold will miss Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders due to the ankle injury he suffered against the Jaguars. WR Logan Payne (wrist) and OL Rob Turner (ankle) are out as well. Undrafted rookie C Colin Baxter will start in place of Mangold.
If you have been a fan of this team long enough, today's loss against the Raiders really should not come as a big surprise. This is exactly the kind of game that the New York Jets have always had a tendency of losing. The Same Old Jets!!!
