The Gang Green reched a contract agreement with their first round draft pick (#30 overall), DE Muhammad Wilkerson. The deal is $7.4M for 4 years, which includes a $3.9M signing bonus. The first three years of contract are guaranteed.

Four of the Jets' six draft picks are now under contract. The only unsigned players are NT Kenrick Ellis (3rd round, Hampton) and WR Jeremy Kerley (5th round, TCU).

Also, the Jets made an offer to one of their free agents, S James Ihedigbo. Ihedigbo, 27, is a 5-year veteran who was signed by the Jets in 2007 as an undrafted free agent. He's been a solid special teams contributor as well as an occasional role player. In three seasons with the Gang Green Ihedigbo registered 49 tackles (36 solo) and 5.0 sacks.
