This was definitly a frustrating game to watch....but the bottom line is the jets won 5 out of 6 and are still in sole possesion of first....this is another gut check for this team... i think someone needs to sit down our OC...and someone needs to tell the broncos that flopping injuries every play is pretty pathetic... don't worry...the jets will be fine...bring on the 9ers

The loss hurts, but it's more about the way the team looked. We're going to have to face much better teams when we get into the playoffs. If we're not sure which team will show up, how will we ever be confident in this team?
i sort of wanted the jets to be an elite team this year, this game erases any possiblities of that and any possible homefield in the playoffs
I'm already over it. Next week means alot now and they won't come out with a stinker performance like today.
listen...our D has been consistent...the team as a whole played poorly today... it makes no sense to me to call this team inconsistent because they arent perfect
The season isn't over...the sky certainly isn't falling....but there DEFENITLY is reason for concern.
I'll be worried next week if we stink again. But overall, we played sloppy football in sloppy weather. Once David Harris comes back, I think our defense will step up again. I'm glad the board is not jumping off the bridge after this game. I was afraid what I was getting myself into by going on.
I'm not panicked, because I kind of expected this. We almost lost against the Chiefs, if we did, we would be 0-4 against the AFC West.
we could but its unlikely, we could easily put up a piss poor performance against the 9ers or seahawks just we like did today against Denver. we're not catching tennessee at 11-1 and the steelers(i know they have a tough schedule ahead) just destroyed the pats in NE when we squeaked a win out there.
I agree but what teams aren't inconsistent this year. The Broncos are a perfect example. Some weeks they look like one of the best teams in the league. Then they have games like last week against Oakland...or the Monday Nighter aganst New England. At least the Jets have proven that when they come out totally focused and prepared, they are capable of playing with the best teams in the AFC. Today was not one of those instances.

How is this team any different than the 04 or 06 team? Have one signature win over a good team and then just play inconsistently the rest of the way. I'll be happy if this team matches the 04 team and gets out of the WC round.
yes....we could also put up 50 points against these teams like we have in the past...whats your point??? i fail to see your points on a regular basis.... the pats are different for the jets because its a rivalry....rivals tend to play closer games.....
Yea that flopping was sad indeed. What a load of crap. Garbage football played by Shanahan. But I agree, usually I get real pissed off. But the good news is the Pats lost so we are still in first.
