We are gonna most likely miss the playoffs not because we can't beat the garbage teams in the Afc and Nfc West. In the history of the freaking Nfl has there been a year where two divisions were so pathetic. And we went 3-5 against them. Pats went 7-1, Phins 7-1, I think even the freaking Bills went 6-2. Funny how alot of the Jets recent playoff teams have feasted on weaker teams and struggled vs the elite teams. This is much more frustrating.
Don't forget that early in the season the Jets fattened up on home games against Cinci, KC, a weak Az road team, and St. Louis. And they caught the Fins in the opener with a new coach and a new system. Those five games help them to 8-3. Granted they played two good games against Tenn and NE, but with the schedule they had this season, a GOOD HC would have had them at 11-12 wins by now with these players.

The thing is, if we played the Bills or Dolphin sched, we would have won almost all of those game. They didnt have go to the west coast once, they had road game against the Cards, Broncos, KC, and Rams. While us and the Pats got stuck going out the west 4 times. Obviously, not an excuse as the pats went 3-1 in those 4 I believe. But just something to think about.
