I sure am taking a lot of heat for starting this thread. All I meant was that I don't feel the usual excitement this week and my hopes are not high for the Jets making the playoffs. I'll still be watching. I'll still be rooting for the Jets regardless of whether the Pats win or not. I'll still be sitting on the couch, frowning with my arms folded while Favre underthrows the WRs and the defense makes Chad Pennington look like the second coming of Joe Montana.

The Pats cant beat the Bills?

The Ravens cant be the Jags?

Those teams are playing for their playoff lives as well.

Unfortunatley I see no way either of those teams lose. When good teams face bad teams with a playoff spot on the line they usually win those games. We are just use to watching the Jets lol.

I think Jauron is on the hot seat up there too ...i think if he pulls out a victory knocking a division rival out ...and after that nice comeback last week ..he gets another shot next year! The players will be playing for him

del rio isnt on the hot seat(at least he shouldnt be, i think hes an excellent coach) jauron is though, and I honestly have more faith in buffalo winning than jacksonville.

Fuck yeah I'm excited. It's the first game I can actually watch at home since the Monday Night at SD, which blew anyways. Sitting alone at a packed Buffalo Wild Wings being the only Jets fan and watching them lose again and again to shit teams got old after a while.
