All of us know what happens what Chad gets to the playoffs and faces a good defense. You cant win in the postseason without an arm. Period. We've all been there, great regular seasons and then we fall short in the postseason.

Games like today is the reason we wanted to see Clemens succeed last year and for Favre to come to the team, we knew we could make the playoffs with Chad but couldn't beat an elite team with him. Although we may have been wrong about Favre and Clemens hasn't really established himself, there was always a chance that these guys could have taken us the distance (after beating NE and Tenn it even looked like Favre could do just that). You know what you are getting with Pennington a great dink and dunk QB who can't really take the team over the hump by himself.
He's easily the most worthless of the Favre-ites at the forum Like I said, I can't wait till Favre retires and these guys start making plans to camp out in Canton for his HOF induction and thus can't start these mindless threads here.

I don't think anyone in their right mind ever believed that Chad would take Miami to the Super Bowl this year.
No matter what Pennington did today, it does not change that Favre was putrid as a Jet and that Pennington and the Dolphins came into the Jets' building and outplayed Favre and the Jets with the division on the line. So you might want to take solace in today's loss by Miami, but it does not make the Jets' season and their current situation any better.
If only Chad waited one less week to choke in a big game... (and of course the Bills and/or Jaguars won)
Please, this is still a team that won 1 ball game last year. To blame Pennington for this loss reveals how very little you understand football.
A team is only as strong as it's weakest link, but when you throw 4 interceptions in one game you're going to be the first one to get the blame.
