I personally was all about Brett Favre, but how he mismanaged the team made me hate him. You decide to play with a torn bicep, and offer no apologies or consolation. Fuck him. I have many plays I enjoyed this season, whether it was Washington breaking necks down the sideline as he outran the entire opposing defense, to Revis' interceptions of the Bills, Revis' blindside hit forced fumble, etc. Because Favre fucking ruined my season. And yes. I said it. He ruined it. You dont fucking stand in the pocket knowing you cant throw 20 yards because your throwing arm is fucked up. He had an obligation to take himself out. He was a cancer in the locker room. This is now known after the season was over, and he had his own office?... for those of you who want favre back, i say to you your mother is a whore. for those of you who agree with me high five. my favorite play of the season, was Leon Washington "acting" like he was blocking Adalius Thomas and Thomas throwing Brett around in the backfield for a 20 yard loss. Washington gives up six inches and nearly 70 pounds to the linebacker... i think it was designed to put Brett on his ass. Excellent play call by Brian Schottenheimer. but really tho: my favorite play this season was thomas jones trickplay.
My favorite was the sack and Ellis's bumbling recovery against the Bills, aka the "Meadowlands miracle." My second favorite was the third and long completion to Keller against the Pats in OT. p.s. Question: how can you be a cancer in the locker room if the only allegation is that you were not even IN the locker room?
You can't be that dense can you? Oneof the main responsibilities of a QB is to be the leader of your team. How can you be a leader when you have no relationship with your fellow teammates?
Apparently, yes I can. I do good work with lots of my coworkers even though I don't slap them in the ass on the way out the door each day (although there is one I would very very much like to, lol ...) It's something you learn as you grow up I guess.
Its easy for you to say that because your Mom is nice enough not to charge you (or your Dad) during her off peak hours.
TJ's touchdown vs. Denver where he rolled over the defender without his knee touching. On D - definitely Jenkins introducing Mawae's ass to the carpet in Tennessee
Oh yeah, forgot about that first one, it was great. Great presence of mind on TJ's part. In the same vein, there was Leon's fielding of the kickoff with one foot out of bounds in order to get it at the 40. Kinda gimmicky, but gave you a real "damn I like this guy!' feeling.
That's funny. I've said it 10 million times and I'll say it again.... Brett Favre is our ONLY option at QB in '09 if we want to win now Any questions? And please, for the love of god, don't tell me Kellen Clemens or Brett Ratcliff are ready to lead us. You really believe that less then I do, so why say it.

geez, the great ellis play saved us from going 8-8....... man, how bipolar would it be around here if that happened.... just a little darksider dressing for one of the best plays of the year... jil
Nice...so now we are involving our mothers into "who wants Favre back?" question? This deserves a ban...!
The sick Cotch one handed grab was the most impresive O play because Favre didnt even throw it near him while he was covered but still made the play.
