I'll take Deshaun foster, but this thread is ridiculous. Stop with the dumb threads, we are not getting rid of Thomas Jones.

    Which is tougher?

    1) Avoid the 6 repeating threads.

    2) Trying to filter through 325 "whining" posts to find what people have to say.

I'll take avoiding a thread I don't want to read any day.

And for the record, I know that my posts constitute "clutter" on this thread. Fortunately I don't believe I am upsetting the OP. Plus, its not rocket science. Ten people "pointing" out a redundant thread creates 10 times the clutter of just simply 1 redundant thread. It's clearly not hard to see that while we may have 13 Cutler threads and 7 TJ threads, we probably have 323224234234 posts whining about them. Which really creates the burden?

your not bothering me at all. I'm still new here and I'm quickly learning a small percentage of the posters here cleary have one objective, that is to be the biggest assholes possible. There gonna shit can what you say no matter what is. Everyone likes to talk big online.

But overall I feel the majority of the people on here will read your stuff and if they dont't like it they just move on. Like a previous poster said, some people actually want to discuss the Jets and others just like to be bullies and rip people to shreds.

Creating the thread creates the clutter, because there wouldn't be 430593405934053 posts if the threads weren't created in the first place.

So if 1 person makes a redundant thread (on accident or on purpose), you think that this is a bigger problem then all the people that complain for 2 hours about it? I'm thoroughly convinced that these "whiners" would find plenty of things to clutter up the single thread with...

Just look at what's already been posted before you make a thread. It's not really that difficult. People click on threads with similar titles because they think maybe there's some new information contained within. When there's not, it's just a waste of time. So be considerate and try not to post new threads that contain no new news.

I forgot what the topic was. Are we trading for Anquan Boldin?

Yes, and Cutler and Edwards as well. And the Jets are signing Matt Jones and Holt, among others.

    Yeah, that's the ticket.

Though I wouldn't mind a Deuce-Leon mix for the right price.

It's even less difficult to simply skip over a topic that you do not wish to read about. And if you do click on it, for whatever reason, why bitch about it thus hijacking the thread which is also against the rules?

When merged threads get really long there tends to be many different conversations going on at once and it is often much easier to just make a new thread if you want to discuss something more specific. Very rarely do I see multiple threads with the exact same news clip like you are alluding to, and when it does happen is most likely by mistake and is quickly locked and falls off the front page. Deuce would be good if both of his knees existed. They've been blown out completely... he can't contribute much.

I'd like Foster out of that group. Solid back. Not great but none of those guys are. Ideally, the Jones situation needs to be revolved or trade him for picks.

I hope this doesn't fuck up the Cutler situation.

This makes no sense whatsoever. People don't skip it because they figure if it's a new thread on the topic then it must contain some new information. It's really not that difficult a concept.
