I don't really have a problem with Jay Cutler and that cocky attitude of his, mostly because his teammates don't seem to have a problem it. I don't care if the opposition gets sour over his trashtalking, but as long as Cutler still has the respect and support of his own locker room, that "attitude" issue is a non-issue.
Agreed it is not like the Chargers where Rivers was so cocky that his own team did not like him. You have never heard anything about a Bronco not getting along with Cutler & even in the Rivers case with his play him won them over. You no longer hear about how the team does not like him you can talk all you want in my book as long as you can back it up. And clearly Cutler can I was at the game when he rang us up in a major down pour this guy is prime time.
So what's more likely, that Rhodes accidentally had an all-pro season or that offenses quickly realized that their QBs had all day to throw and could easily pick on one of the half dozen scrubs on our secondary instead?

Rhodes needs to get over it. Yeah i'm sure when hes put a huge hit on a guy he has never talked shit to them. Cutler is pissed because some young rookie punk of a head coach was trying to trade him for a qb he was familar with, then lied to cutler about it. Rhodes is pissed because we got smoked by the broncos and the qb talked trash. Trash talking has been part of the game for many years and i'm sure Rhodes isn't a saint. People complaining about Cutler being a baby but defending Rhodes need to take the green shades for a moment and actually look at the two situations. That being said, I would hate to see Rhodes leave the team, but if I have to choose between a franchise qb and a Sensitive Safety, give me the franchise qb. :wink:
I disagree with just about everything in your diatribe and I think you should say all this to Kerry's face if you really feel that strongly about it. Kerry is right, that punk can use some humbling until he accomplishes something. It is exactly because of that attitude that I don't think he would make it in NYC. He should stay in Colorado where he can continue to play the big fish in the pond. NYC is shark infested waters. His ego is way too fragile for this place. He'll get eaten alive in the big bad city.
