Thanks for posting this Kelly. I think it would get more eyeballs over in the 17a New Stadium Tour Thread though, just MO.
It's kinda neat to be looking at my new seats in the above photo. This shot is looking due west. From the 50 in the upper deck, count over three tunnels to the right and I am above the 3rd tunnel and just to the right off the aisle. Looks like maybe the 20YL. When they knock down the old stadium that will open up some additional parking.
I heard that the particular section you speak of was available so late in the process because they aren't offering traditional seats. Rather, all folks in the given section will be asked to squat like Asian street merchants.
I think that's the section FOR the Asian street merhcants. It's tentaively being called: The Rice Bowl
Yes, this is a special Vietnamese section. I rated it since I was a combat advisor with the South Vietnamese in 1969. There are no rest rooms, unfortunately, so you have to defecate by squatting over the tunnel. But that's okay because you get to urinate over the rail onto the PSL Mezz Section down below. And the refreshment counter downstair from that particular tunnel only serves Ba Xi De' (clear liquor that tastes like shit) and Ba Moui Ba (33 Beer). The eel on a stick is to die for though, and the sauteed Con Chuat (field rat) is best ordered medium rare. It's all part of being shut out of Woody's five-star "experience."
Still Waiting on a Sponsor by John B on Jun 18, 2009 - 5:02 AM PDT > http://www.ganggreennation.com/2009/6/18/913275/still-waiting-on-a-sponsor
you have a terrible sense of direction. ha ha the old stadium is west of the new.the race track is north of the new stadium too.so you are looking at the north end zone with the Jets sideline to the right/east.you are sitting in the visitor sidelines in 342.
Thanks again, Kelly. ~~~~~ I still like Phil Mushnick's idea of PSL Stadium, especially if they can't sell it in time and are holding out for maximum dollars even after the place opens. Beautiful.
That's good. And maybe I'll have a couple of guys yelling at me, "Hey GI, you want fucky-fucky Flight Attendants? Ten Dolla."
oh so im the old man, damn it. btw it looks like there are 2 entrances at each end zone too. i suppose there should be escalators in those entrances for 1.6 billion.
