Fair enough. I was just giving an example. Donte Stallworth...Killed a pedestrian, and got 24 days jail time. Shitman Jones has been involved in what seems like every killing that is related to a strip club. The list goes on. My point is, Vick served two years of jail time. Others have killed human beings and got away with it with nothing or very minimal jail time. Yet we seem to have no real hatred towards those who have killed human beings, but wanna stab and shoot Vick. It makes no sense to me. I am in no way supporting Vick. But I don't hate him either. Maybe cuz I have never owned a dog, IDK. I just believe justice was served and we need to move on now. The guy was pretty much crippled to the extent that he had file for a bankruptcy. It is now up to us to accept the fact that he free of any wrongdoings. I sure would like to stab those who rob u for $20 bucks and shoot for not having enough money. I have heard many such stories. Also, I consider human beings more precious than animals, any animal that is. Its a simple matter of priority.
You can't look at justice relative to others in similar circumstances (playing in the NFL)... justice should be blind. If you look at it relatively, and compare Stallworth to Plaxico, Plaxico got the shaft big time... then again he'll likely be out of jail ater 30 days... In my opinion, he's a waste of a human being no matter what the legal system felt was fair for him. I don't hate him or hope he dies, but if he takes a crushing hit on Thursday, you can bet your ass I'll enjoy every second of it.
How do you think he will be out in 30 days? Do you really think the governor will give him a pardon while he is trying to run for election? The earliest he can get parole is 20 months.
That's true about the election... I really don't know that he will be out in 30 days. I've heard speculation about it but to be honest there's no way to really know with these guys.
I think the players should bring their dogs. I would even go so far as to say they should bring them on the field while they play. If they go get press out now everyone could bring their dog. It could be one big dog park and we could just continue to beat this dead horse. Then turn the ground horse into dog food and wait for the dogs to digest it and beat it some more. Really?

Actually, I am not letting his return bother me, although if one takes the time to step back and really think about what they guy did, there is no way the thought of him coming back should have been allowed. Maybe we should have OJ as our on-the-field reporter. There really is not a lot of difference.
