The Jets D is going to be top 3 in my opinion. School is still out on the O and Sanchez. Very entertaining game. Refs sucked for both teams, real ticky tack calls on the Jets early. The race is on for the AFC East. Enjoy the win, the Jets earned it. Pats need to draft O linemen next year, Jets made them look inept.

Brady played scared, even when his line gave him good protection he didn't make many great throws. He got knocked around a bit and the defense got in his head....that's a tough thing to do to Brady

If Welker played it would have been trouble. Not used to seeing TB miss open guys or see Pats receivers drop passes. Our season rests on Sanchez' development.

Not that much> Looks like E. Smith got a bunch of PT to screw up their short passing game. He played LB a bunch of times. Rex is something else. Nice to have a real Defensive coach for the first time since.......BB.

what about the white kid who replaced him? he had a heck of a game. i'm not so sure welker would have made that big of a difference considering that kid basically did what Welker would do on any given day.

Excellent post. School's not out on Sanchez and the Jet's O though, it's out as to whether or not they can grow fast enough to turn the Jets into a powerhouse this season. Sanchez is real.

I've never seen a Jet's QB and offense adjust to Belichik after halftime and get better the way they did today. Usually it's the opposite.

    Classy post Tony.

As to Sanchez, he was very encouraging today. As we heard all week, Belichick takes rookie QBs to school. He weathered the storm early and came on the second half. They are bringing him along slowly and not putting too much responsibility on his shoulders. He is progressing very nicely. Biggest key today, he did not commit any turnovers (just barely).

The Pats will be a big player in the division. Should be an interesting showdown next time around.

Stand up guy Tony. It was a tough game. BB may have pushed things a little too far. Too many lost players on D and he seemed to make no adjustments to Ryan's D, which is amazing to me. He talked last week about how you basically have to prepare for the Ravens and how he was wondering why Houston did not make any adjustments. Just suprised to see BB have no answers.
