Why is he insisting on throwing Fastballs right down the Middle when his CB is unhittable?

he would've been out probably anyway, but Izturis with a bad one. You start running immediately on a ball in the dirt, you don't look to see if it gets past the catcher.

He was supposed to. He missed. Badly.

Still would've gone with the curve, though.

    Christ on a pogo stick.

Sorry, While I may agrre w/ pt 1&3
Bringing in MARTE there is the smart move.

He brings in Coke and there is no Strikeout because he was Bunting. then you bring in MARTE anyway so you waste COKE for no reason...

I'm on Girardi as much as you guys but just Stop for a second and think about it.

Why can the Yankees never beat a starter in relief?

Actually, that's on Posada more than either Hughes or Girardi. He should've called time, gone out there, and slapped Hughes for shaking him off.

The fact is, if the YANKEES lose this and the next 2, it may come down to Phil Hughes PRIDE and deciding to throw VLAD a Fatball

I'm just rattled. The LAA responded very fast to our rally. I can't stand those fucking drumsticks.
