    Is it just me or would you have Pinch run for Matsui and just put Gardner in Center and move Melk man to left?

    Have him steal, bunt em...small ball just to get 1.

    It's obvious we aren't going to get Lee out of the game so why not now?

    Is the 5th too early for such a move when the pitcher is lights out?

    He screwed up the play. He meant to let it bounce and then get the DP that way, and he tried to sell the umpire on it.

    Instead, he obviously caught it.

    It should've been one out, if not for Matsui.

    Howard didn't need to tag Matsui, just the base.
