    According to Adam Schefter:

They are sure to crash and burn this season, but I don't like how it's going to give Henne the reps he needs to get better. This could actually be good for them long term as I still don't believe in the pussycat.

    Ronnie Brown to IR

Not complaining, but I like Brown, he's a good player. Sucks that they've got Sticky Ricky too.

    EDIT: sorry, merge plz

Miami has a long way to go before relying on Henne and their passing game to lead their offense. For starters, they have no WR's. Secondly, Henne remains unproven. I agree with you that he'll get extra reps with this injury, but it still remains unclear if he'll be a decent QB regardless of how many reps he gets. In the meantime, the wildcat is predicated on having 2 outstanding RB's, each of whom could carry the ball on any given play from that formation. I don't see miami doing much without one of those 2 guys for the rest of the season.

Ronnie Brown is a hell of a football player, unfortunately he's on the Dolphins. Best of luck to him, hopefully he lands in the NFC.

Damn that's too bad, think they'll even attempt the Wildcat anymore?

It could be that Pat White is going to get some reps as well, although you have to think that they'll be doing less wildcat as a result of this. That's not really the point, anyway - it was Ronnie Brown's talent that was making things work (when it did work, which it often didn't), not the formation.

Time for Henne to show what he's got. Otherwise I wouldn't be surprised to see them try Thigpen in the Wildcat now. They've got to try something.

The Dolphins are terrible folks. People saying they will be bad without him or will fall apart must be missing the fact that they are (2-5) vs. teams not named the Jets. They are pretty bad. They will finish 7-9 Tops.

Look for Pat White to take Ronnie's roll running the Wildcat, they also unveiled the Pistol against the Pats and had success running it with White.

No one is replacing Ronnie Brown. Just like no one is replacing Kris Jenkins or Leon Washington. This will hurt the Dolphins.

I can see the dolphins winning 2 more games from here on out. It doesn't look good. Their offense is completely shot now. Ronnie Brown keep even the best defenses honest. Who is Chad Henne going to rely on to keep defenders from putting him on his ass?

It's going to be really interesting to see how they change their offense to fit their players. I wish we played them again.
