Is this not the week for perhaps "Heads to Roll" or changes be made?

Its hard for me to imagine us winning one game right now let alone three. The schedule Gods have lined up 3 games in a row for us that are possible winners though. 2 and 1 , 3 and 0 are possibilities.

It seems very important to me that Ryan make some changes this week. Bench Rhodes, give lots more carries to Shonne Greene. Give Westerman 20-30 plays in place of Thomas. etc.....,

Perhaps even announce that Shchotty has been stripped of play calling duties etc.......

He needs to stand up and show he is the guy running the show not just a figure head at the moment but actually the guy who is holding people accountable.

I think it is important that our players who have been successful this year see that Ryan is willing to take away time from guys who have failed, also to show the fan base he is willing to do it.

The second part of the equation is that these changes result in immediate success. We all agree motivationally he has pushed all his chips in the middle and seems lost. The one "Ace" he still holds is the ability to make change and see immediate success in the next 3 weeks.

IE- rush for 550-600 yds over the next three weeks. Let callaghan call the plays rush the shit out of the ball against 3 teams who are lousy against the run and establish Shonne Greene.

If we make changes and are successful over the next three weeks Ryan gets credit for the changes and moving in right direction. If we stay status qou and still manage to win 2 or even 3 of the next games everyone states its just that we played lousy opponents.

Give up man...no one cares what you have to say. It's getting ridiculous - how many threads do you create each day?

You could start a million threads and not a single soul would give a shit about any of them.

Really unfortunate you feel that way, as this thread makes more valid points then about 90% of the other threads on here.

The sad thing is that this post is actually a good one. It will be over shadowed by the fact that he is a jackass that starts 10 threads a day. If he would stick to one and make it posts like this he could actually add to the board instead of cluttering it.

Sorry frustrated fan here who was up in the middle of the night. I have uncontrollable desire to vent and with no Jet Fans in the household this is where it takes place.
It was about 4 posts this week.

Not sure how that makes me a Jack Ass or that I have passed some limit.

More post like the one in the OP of this thread. It complians, but is well thought out and makes good points on what you have to say.

Also, not evey thought needs its own thread. Read around a bit and fit it in to one of them if you can.

Those two little thnings will go a long way to earning a little respect in the forum is you care to try it.

Tough to worry about respect when I feel 85% of the responsed don't even take time to read the thread. You read the thread, not sure you needed the Jackass Comment but its OK. You NDMICK, MBGREEN I will listen to anything you say.

So the rest of us are supposed to suffer because you can't phone a friend?

When 3 or more of your threads appear on the first page within hours of a game ending, you know that you've gone too far.

Ask yourself whether any of your threads started could have been rolled into another thread, whether it be the game thread or one started by another poster. If you come back and tell me "no," then I'll know that you're completely dillusional.

Just because the Gods at TGG have given you the ability to post doesn't mean that you have to exploit such a right.

Dude, not to pile on but there are 4 posts started by you on the main page and they are all from yesterday. I KNOW you started quite a few posts during the week as well so it's a lot higher than "4 posts this week."

I think this thread is pretty spot on. I think that heads do need to roll in some sense. Rex needs to take control of this team and send some kind of message that this kind of play is not tolerated. I great way for him to accomplish this is by benching Kerry Rhodes, who is the biggest disappointment on this team this year. He is also respected enough in the locker room that it would be a message to the team.

I wouldn't go so far as to take away Schottys play calling but I would be in his office demanding to A. make things easier for Sanchez, B. become that ground and pound team that he has been preaching about. Forget the different formations, the misdirections and all the rest of the cutesy nonsense and just line up and pound the ball.

We have nothing left to play for other then developing Sanchez and crerating our identity for future Rex teams. These next 3 games give us the opportunity to do it, I feel these next 3 games are very big for the future of this team.

I have to agree with some of the points in this one though. I do think Shotty needs to be shown the door, and I agree with giving Calahan the offense for the rest of the season. Shotty is a BIG part of Sanchez's problem IMHO.

I also agree that Ryan needs to make a heart attack serious "shock and awe" kind of statement of being fed the fuck up with certain shit. This team does NOT have his back, and he needs to get pissed. He needs to start kicking some ass. Many on this team have little or no heart, and it shows in their play - frequently. These are the heads that most definately need to roll.

I once had a coach who always started the guys who worked the hardest during the week....regardless of how "talented" they were. If you were one of those "gifted" players who thought you didn't have to put the effort in during the week, but you'd get started on Saturday anyway, you had a big suprise coming. You might well get in the game later, but there was no way in hell you were starting. It got his message across loud and clear, and those guys picked it up after the first time they didn't start. Too bad you couldn't do that in the NFL because you look at the Jets and can't help wonder if some of the same lessons don't need to be driven home.

Yah, lets bench Kerry Rhodes but not bench the guy that turned the ball over FIVE TIMES. That makes alot of sense..... If Ryan wants to completely lose the team he will start making assinine inconsistent decisions like that.

I started some last week yes. Is there a unwritten rule I don't know about. Am I using up other folks Posts?? Just pass on mine. I feel I have valid points to make and enjoy a bit of venting. I was a die hard fan of a team in every sport, those days are long gone. Its now the Jets if I want to chime in all the time I feel I have every right.

By throwing in the towel and making stupid moves that will further hurt the team?

What pro football team have you been affiliated with in a coaching role? Oh wait, I forgot that watching on TV makes you as qualified as the people who have been around the pro game most of their lives.

Because your threads are shit, and you just admitted that you're venting, which means that what you're saying is not well thought through because it is mostly out of frustration, thus making them stupider.
