Put up better stats than most of the QBs starting in the league, even with a #2 receiver (Mason) and not much else. But aside from stats, it's hard to watch the Ravens and not be impressed with what he's accomplished. He's already the best QB in the history of the Ravens.
I'm surprised they don't have a guy sitting on the 5 yard line on those Hail Mary's, the ball is always deflected to the 5 yard line.
All your posts about Flacco have strongly implied that you think he sucks. You claim that all he has is a strong arm and height. I guess he's JaMarcus Russell.
Trent Dilfer's seventh season in the NFL: Ravens, 12 TDs, 11 INTs, 6.6 YPA. I would take either one of Flacco's seasons over Dilfer's 11 games played with Baltimore.
Actually if we're going by total starts: In his first 28 starts, Eli Manning threw 43 TDs and 31 INTS In his first 28 starts, Joe Flacco threw 27 TDs and 21 INTs.
We're going first two seasons, which was my stated criteria. So you can remove Eli from the list. Besides, Flacco's 28th start is only halfway done.
Trent Dilfer won the Super Bowl. I would take Dilfer's WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP over Joe Flacco's 1 TD and 3 INTs in the playoffs. Vinny fuckin' Testaverde is a better Ravens' QB than Joe Flacco.
Actually, when I was looking stuff up, it turns out Kyle Boller is statistically the best Baltimore quarterback ever.
