Every single year some teams forecast to be tough turn out to be "not so much". Other teams, said by the experts to be gimmies turn out to be anything but. This is why they play the games. Our schedule could be tough, but perhaps, as things unfold, not as tough as we think at this point. A few key injuries (on our team or others) could also drastically change the picture. I have no idea what the final result will be but I feel that .500 or more is at least a very good possibility

 

Don't get too excited - the Jets ain't finishing 9-6 under any circumstances (9-7 maybe, but not 9-6, which was the point of his post).
