No. 1 D and No. 1 Running game IS overly impressive... the problem is our passing game is overly sucky and that evens us out into an average/above average team... but we were overly impressive on some aspects of our game. Not something many team can say...

Rookie head coach with a rookie QB has the number 1 D and number 1 Rushing O going into the playoffs is pretty impressive to me.

get over myself? shouldnt you be saying that to rex? we are a 9-7 wildcard team.

he should use this in his locker room, there is no need to use it to the general public, he looks like an asshole and i really dont feel like hearing from everyone in the world how much of a tool my teams head coach is. cause i cant disagree with them when he says stupid shit that 8 year olds know not to say.

but whatever go be entertained by a 300 lb man.

Any of those teams in that 8-7 / 7-8 mess (with the exception of the Broncos- and they sucked their way out) needed a little good fortune for them to get in. If Miami were on the receiving end of that, you wouldn't be saying the same thing. All of those teams can look back and see plenty of games they should have won (including the Jets), only one of which would have gotten them into the playoffs. Would I have been happier to see the Jets beat the Colts with Peyton in there? Sure. Can't do anything about that though. The Bengals got their asses handed to them, period. None of their starters would have made much of a difference on that day. This Saturday is a different day, they could beat us 37-0, who knows.

Hes the scape goat, hes supposed to be hated. If you prefer a boring coach go become a Browns fan.

QB- Henne was still playing at a high-level for you guys. Probably gave your team a much better chance at success at that point this Penny would've.

RB- Dude.. You still had Rikki. You guys are stacked at RB. Stop crying.

TE- Your TE's are not that good anyway, they are not scaring anyone. Not something that would've taken away from your playoff hopes and dreams.

    CB- Seriously?

NT- Ferguson is legit. I think that hurt your team in a lot of ways, but I show no sympathy since our NT was placed on IR as well.

Injuries were not the reason for your team sucking up this year. That gimmick offense that you are still running should tell you something. Your team is trying to over compensate for the lack of quality players on your team, your team is just not good.

By the way I was on here after the Atlanta loss and I don't recall any of you thinking this team was overly impressive.

Who the hell cares? It exudes confidence and inspires the players.

I love what Rex is doing.

our offense isnt one to impress but our D is. Gave up 10 points to the falcons is an impressive effort.

The offense was getting trashed after the Atlanta loss. You cannot honestly say our defense isn't overly impressive.

i understand that but there doesnt need to be any scapegoat. he is the one putting expectations into everyones hand, he is the one bringing the ire of the entire league onto his rookie qb and himself. he is the one holding the flare gun shooting it in the air.

he has created a situation you never want to create, you want to keep your mouth shut and come out and play hard on sunday and SHOW them you are the best. nobody likes a shit talker.

he talked shit all off season, talked shit the first 3/8ths of the season, then he got quiet cause well the jets werent playing very well. they got their shit together and managed to make it into the playoffs without him opening his big fat mouth every day.

and now here is talking again. just prepare the team and come out and play, if i wanted to watch a soap opera i would watch wrestling.

I'm not saying he isn't. Not at all, he has picked his game up to a whole other level. I agree, but Rikki is still very capable, and he is a beast in his own right. I'm just saying it wasn't a season breaker since Rikki Williams is was still on that roster, so...

RB- The wildcat was run though Ronnie so yeah that hurty us pretty bad.
TE- David Martin might not be a pro Bowler but he was a big part of our offence last year.
CB- Allen going down forced us to play 2 rookies all year

The only one I might agree on is Henne playing for Penny but he did turn the ball over way more then Penny would have which hurt us.

    I'm sorry...You're a Dolphin fan right???

Can you point to any previous statements disavowing Jason Taylor in the past?

'ohh...boo hoo..we're better than they are...but they won today..."
