    Would you trade a 5, Trusnik, and Stuckey for a 1? I don't think so, so we didn't pay a 1st and 3rd for him.

    I've been an Edwards supporter since the trade....but man....even i'm finding it tough to fathom the Jets signing him long term.

    Nope. DB never touched it. That was all Edwards' lack of concentration. The thing that pisses me off is his college career. He had one game against Michigan State where it was him in the corner/back of the endzone with a Michigan State DB directly between him and the QB. The pass should have been a pick but Edwards jumped over the DB and stole the pick out of his hands for the TD. That type of play is 10% athleticism/90% concentration. Maybe the trade put too much on his plate. Maybe he just cannot get into the proper mindset with rivalries in the NFL. Whatever it is, he has to learn how to care in these games.

    Yea, he probably did but is it worth 4-5 years and 30 + mill just to be a decoy for other receivers and when the balls thrown deep to him and he's open he cant catch it to save his dick ?
