It was uglier than Panthers general manager Randy Sexton's f-bomb rage after the game. Rex Ryan bared his flab at the Panthers loss Tuesday night. This was offensive on many levels. First, he started out wearing a Flyers jersey (what's that about for a grown man, much less the Jets coach?) Second, he changed to a Carolina jersey. Third, well, the pictures tell the story of how he scarred a lot of young Carolina kids who just expected to see grown men with no teeth at the game and saw this enormous belly. One week, you get Greg Oden's enormous appendage on the internet. Now, Ryan's enormous appendage. (by the way, the title of this .jpg? - Rex-Ryan-reveals-buffalo-wing-depository-box.jpg) Man, this guy is a godsend. He even makes news at what's perhaps the most anonymous sports venue in sports, a Carolina-Panthers hockey game. (Thanks to TheBigLead.com for the pictures.) But do you think he's stalking South Florida? Last week, he flips off people at a MMA event. Tuesday, he shows up at a Panthers game in Carolina. I do have to admit this guy is starting to make me jealous for the New York writers. He's a walking, talking, disrobing, adipose-tissue story every time he shows up in a building. Please, Lord, give me someone like that to write about in this market.
Wait, I assumed that the Flyers were playing in that game. It was Panthers-Hurricanes? What the hell?
And all this has what to do with football or Ryan's coaching ability????? Miami is a terrible sports town.
Rex is killing any chance he'll ever have of being respected with this shit. What happens if he ever has a 6 and 10 season? P.S. I'm not talking about the Dolphins.
