If the Patriots get those picks, they will have had one hell of a draft.

Tate is awesome there is no knock on him.. maybe he is small but his hands make up for it...he can do a lot..whoever gets Tate or Clausen is going to very happy in a couple years..both guys are real good football players..

My bad, I meant Ben Tate, not Golden.

Terry Bradway is on with Brandon Tierney right now and said that the Jets have identified SIX players overnight that they hope to be there at #61 today.

He mentioned LB, DL, and OL.

He said that he doesn't see them trading up.

Smoke screen all the way - there's no way in hell he'd come out and say which positions the Jets are interested in.

I don't see Tannenbaum drafting another player in the secondary until the 4th round. DLine and LB are bigger needs and there could be a lot of talent at those positions available. Burnett would have to be far and beyond the best player on the board for that to be the pick.
    He is Terry Bradway...

I guess I may have typed that out of context. It was before he said that they had identified 6 players that he was speaking in a general sense about the second round pick.

He was asked about day 2, and basically said that they had some needs, that they could use some youth at LB, DL and OL.

Then he said the comment about the 6 players they had identified.

Yeah I don't either. It's really the only reason I was mad about the Wilson pick. The safeties in the 2nd are awesome and I'm really not confident in our trio at FS. Brodney Pool is a huge question mark, Eric Smith isn't good, and Ihedigbo is a nice role player but he can't cover.

Morgan Burnett or Nate Allen would be awesome.

The fuck? He's perfect for Rex's system. He's a great role player for this defense.

It's going to be DL, OL, or OLB.

Safety, or any other position, would have to an OVERWHELMING bpa with the rest of the board looking kinda funny.

I don't see any safeties still available who could fit that bill. Maybe Nate Allen if the rest of the board looks terrible. But in that case, I'd rather just trade back, get an extra pick, and see if a different S falls (I'm assuming Allen will be one of the first off the board).

I think Cleveland stays put and gets McCoy at #38.

They just interviewed Gronkowski. He looks like he should play for Belichick.

His back issues could drop him late in rd 2.

With Kindle's health questions, how do people feel about the Jets taking him if he falls to #61?
