Thats' what kills me , everybdoy wants to say the Colts laid down but nobody wants to take responsibility to for their teams not winning games in December. If the Phins would have handled their business in December it would not have mattered what the Colts did.

Revis had him for a little, he went to release him to safety help over the top. (Kerry Rhodes) He saw Kerry missed his assignment and Revis just lost the head start foot race he gave Ginn when he went to release him. You can see it in the replays.

So yeah, Revis had his responsibility accounted for when Ginn was in his area, it was Sherry that blew it and made Revis look bad. Of course you will refuse to believe this and think Revis flat out got burnt.

Actually the last 3 games of the season for Miami were Tennessee, Houston, and Pitt. The Jets didn't play Pitt, but they beat Tennessee and Houston. I see I was correct in my assumption that you don't watch any games and truly don't know anything about anything that happened last year.

All you had to do was beat one team in your last 3 games. Two of those teams were the Texans and Titans. We beat both of them. What's your excuse there ?

EDIT: Honcho beat me to it. Anyway great minds think alike. We can play this game all day, look at the end result of the season, accept it and get ready for a great 2010 season to start.

No it's not, it's been whining about another player talking trash. He had the last laugh(head to head) as his team beat us twice. Who cares what he says?

Lost, just like the Dolphins did. What is your point exactly? The Jets loss to Indy came in the AFC title game though, something the Dolphins didnt even sniff.

And the jets didn't give up 46 points to the Saints, in case you were wondering.

A young QB had many mistakes last year, and will improve. The defense dominated NO btw.

Consdiering our D held the SB champs to one of thier lowest offensive outputs of the season and beat the Colts in the regular season I'd say we did ok.

We lost to N.O. because of rookie mistakes. We lost to Indy in the AFC Championship game.

How did you fare in the playoffs ?

You can't be serious Junc. Rex saying this off-season, "We're going to sweep the Dolphins next year" is totally different than Rex saying, "Our defense kicked their asses all over the field when we played them in Miami last year". That would be completely and utter horseshit and I'd be pretty pissed if he said something like that. Maybe Edwards didn't light it up, but Sean Smith certainly didn't and couldn't shut him down either with the advantage going to Edwards.

And don't bring up the fact that they swept us last year because that's really not the point here.

I get you're trying to be level-headed but there's really nothing to be level-headed about here. Sean Smith was simply wrong in saying he won both those matchups. Period.

It's cool. I'd avoid the question also if I were a Phin fan.

This thread has gone way off the track.

The simple basis was a Miami CB claiming he won his battles with Edwards. It has been proven to be not true. And yet here come the Miami fans with another argument that has nothing to do with the original theme of the thread.
