I totally blame him for this...win or lose. Playing not to lose on the O in the first half. Blitzing on 3rd and long the second time and now this clock thing. This is no Rex sucks thread, I love the man...but he needs to fix this.

No question. I don't care that they won, this was an absolutely horrific coaching job. Terrible.

Yeah today was an odd day for the CS.

Bad situational playcalling in certain areas.

2nd and 11 pass? Schotty went from Cutesy to full retard on that call.... and you never go full retard.

Passing on 2-11 is fine. The 2-minute warning was going to happen. But the ball must be snapped at 2:03, not 2:09. This is common fucking sense.

Its a W, I'll take it. But as good Favre was today, he was just as bad. We got lucky.

It was a bad call but Sanchez snapped it way too early. If he just let the clock run down it would have been fine, just call it a run for no gain.

Agreed. Really poor job by the CS, but a win is a win and I'll take it. There's a shitload for them to look at and work on this week. I'm really pissed right now that we have the short week coming off this game.

Better to learn from a win than a loss, IMO.

A Win's a Win, they will learn from this loss.

That's a good team and it was in tough weather.

    4-1

Earlier in the series, they should of called a stretch play or something to eat a few extra seconds of the clock. We should of hit the 2 minute warning the previous play. That was sloppy all the way around and I blame Schotty and Sanchez, not Rex.

Completely agree...We almost blew it there...I could not believe that FUCKING SCHOTTY threw a pass on 2nd down with almost 2 minutes to go and with the Vikings having no timeout

    UNFUCKING BELIEVABLE

However, WE ARE NOT THE SAME OLD JETS!

I don't mind the long passes, but the Jets' receivers need to learn how to catch over the shoulder instead of turning around for every ball.
