I mean the fake punt with our 30 yard line was just stupid, Shotty's tendency not to go with obvious strategy of running the ball on a D that surrendered over 200 yards last week and 150 before by chucking the ball all over the place. The stupid trick plays, and the dumb ass qb sneak. We need to shut the fuck up and fucking play.
    Your thoughts

Schotty is a fucking idiot. It's not arrogance, it's incompetence. He is holding this team back.

It's ok, Rex will powder their asses all week and tell them how special they are and they'll just underperform against another mediocre team.

Lol if the Packers are mediocre then idk what your team is.

The Packers were an overtime away from beating Washington and Miami.

Had we not lost those two games due to stupid mistakes, we would have the best record in the NFL.

Get real.. mediocre my ass. Take your loss like a man.

Totally true. Lots of people on this forum thought that GB would be a total cakewalk for some reason. Many experts picked them to go all the way this year and it seems like it's been injuries more than anything else that has held them back.

They were manned down though and injured and on the road though so the Jets should be favored. You can understand why Jets fans were mad all around.

That said though, if your a Pack fan you take this win and run. Neither team was impressive at all in this game but your squad has the excuses at least.

It's ridiculous, if the Jets hadn't lost any of their games in the past 40 years they'd be undefeated with 40 super bowl titles

Your team stinks and haven't won anything since Favre ran the team. Get lost.

Do you think that the Jets releasing Howard Green was a sign that they were overconfident going into this game? I realize the guy is probably a scrub, but it seems like a mistake to release him the week before playing a team that was desperate for any warm bodies on the defensive line. Just how desperate is probably evident by the number of plays he was in after only being in Green Bay for 2 days.

You're right, we should play not to lose instead of playing to win.

You say this like its been happening all season, it hasnt happened once. Ravens arent mediocre and neither are the Packers.

So you think it was smart to give Green to a team that didn't have a single backup NT and was extremely thin at backup DE the week before you play them?

Not directly, but he allowed us to rest players... specifically Raji at NT, who up until this point had been having to play almost every defensive snap. It's obviously impossible to quantify, but I would guess this had a fairly significant impact.

Jets were rested off a Bye, they were healthy and they were at home playing a team banged up....

Don't take it personally, the Jets should have trounced that Packer team.
