    How would he be one strike away from a year-long suspension? He only had one prior dui which resulted in no suspension and I don't recall any disciplinay action making a jump from nothing to a year between first and second offenses.

    Possibly, if they all fall into the same category, although I thought that DUIs fell under substance abuse, not personal conduct.
