I hope this is true just so that stupid clusterfuck of a thread where junc claimed they win ten games with Collins can have some meaning.
If this actually happens, it's pretty ironic that this is the year that Indianapolis is hosting the Super Bowl.
Here's what I know - if the Colts signed a five year $90 million contract with Peyton Manning knowing there was a possibility of him missing one of those five years, then Jim Irsay is competing with Al Davis for the NFL owners MENSA Club presidency. P.S. I don't think Jim Irsay is THAT dumb.
Well his health is more important and you wouldn't want to risk a career ending injury. Not to say that he doesn't want to play. In fact, it is killing him not to play!
No plans to put him on IR. mortreport Chris Mortensen Manning actually just got out of surgery. No plans for injured reserve as doctors monitor fusion result, per sources.
He's essentially an NFL rumor palm reader/gypsy. No one seems to pay attention to when he's wrong, only when he's right. Even though Bob is out, his ability to consistently report correct news is still incarcerated.
The Colts wont put Manning on the IR for an obvious point. If the Colts are 5-5 and Peytons ready to play theyll put him in. But if they are 2-8 theyll just tell him to come back next year.
jesus christ, this analysis is mind blowing. what do you think they'll do if they're 10-0? I NEED TO KNOW
I really hope Manning is back to play the Patriots. Thats all I care about honestly. Rex challenged the league to beat the Patriots, and we definately know Manning is the man for that job.
After the 0-16 performance, Peyton Manning will be allowed by Colts ownership to fill in the amount he thinks he deserves on a blank check once a year.
Advantage Pats. They get to play the Colts, the Jets don't. Then again, we play the Jacksonville McCowns, so we've got it easy too. Poor Dolphins got stuck playing the best team in the AFC South. Bahahaha!!!!
