I understand the whole statistical analysis and trends bullshit but sometimes you just have to go with what you know. Chris Johnson as well as a handful of other proven/elite backs in the NFL didn't just fall off the face of the Earth after three games. Especially after the lockout.

I took Johnson at #2 overall. I've been kicking myself since because I wanted to take McCoy and listened to all of the ppl saying that's way too high for him.

Don't get caught up in "reputation".

I'd only re-ban you if it was Scik that unbanned you. And we know there's no way that's the case.

That's understandable.. I almost took McCoy 3rd overall when people said I was crazy. I took Ray Rice so I made off fine in the end but I know where you're coming from. The important thing though is that you don't trade him low because he's had a few bad weeks along with a lot of other elite RB.

I've said this in other threads but this kid in one of my money league's offered Chris Johnson for Cam Newton straight up. It's that kind of idiocy that you need to hold onto reputation for.

    sup guise

who wins this trade. I'm pretty confident in my answer but I want a second opinion. note: QBs tend to hold a little more weight in this league
    Ray Rice
    Hakeem Nicks
    Ben Tate

    for

    Matthew Stafford
    Mike Wallace
    Michael Bush

Easily the team with Nicks, Rice, and Tate. Just plain better players and more upside, and Rice is the big prize there which makes that trade.

to me it is A, unless the settings strongly favor QBs or it is 2 QBs. Rice over Stafford, Tate over Bush, Wallace over Nicks

So you traded Beanie Wells... too bad.

As I said, CJ is still a good player to have, but I wouldn't trade for him unless I was in a hole. Wallace, Wells, and Addai will prove to be the better side of this deal. Johnson should be viewed at the same level as Michael Turner and not Adrian Peterson.

Ban was worth it. I was behind on some work. ;-)

As for Rockefella's trade, it really depends on how you feel about Stafford and McFadden finishing the season.

Trade Calvin Johnson for MJD and Jordy Nelson

I have been offered this trade (std. scoring).

    I currently have at RB:
    Chris Johnson
    Kendal Hunter
    Jonathan Stewart
    Daniel Thomas
    Bernard Scott
( had Charles but he is done as you all know)

    At WR:
    Megatron
    DeSean Jackson
    Welker
    Percy Harvin
    Eric Decker

I never did like 2 for 1 deals and MJD's durability still scares me.

    Thoughts?

With your depth at WR I'd make that deal. You need RB help somethin serious

That's my thought too but my WR's are carrying me the way RB's used to carry teams 5-6 years ago. We also start 3WR's (forgot to mention that).

Maybe that deal for DeSean and someone else but I wouldnt do it. Welker and Megatron are putting up top RB numbers each week. I wouldn't let that up , MJD may provide value come playoff time but id try to swing another deal like Jackson and Thomas for just MJD.

Do not trade Calvin Johnson except for Arian Foster or Adrian Peterson. In a 2-for-1 deal, you should be looking for better value still.

Nelson is good value, but MJD is having a roller coaster year. You don't want that type of uncertainty. Forte, McFadden, Fred Jackson and Michael Turner are just as valuable and more reliable. If you wish to trade Johnson for to bolster your RB2 spot, then I'd look to get one of them with a slightly better WR than Nelson.

Is this a good trade for me:

I give up Vincent Jackson, McGahee, and Daniels (I have Jimmy Graham)

and I receive Arian Foster and Brandon Lloyd.
