We know the O sucks - its just more apparent now that the OLine looks like swiss cheese. Actually the OLine isn't bad. Its just that Wayne Hunter is a human turnstyle and the "max protect" guys they put in next to him - Mulligan & Ducass - couldn't stop a pop-warner pass rush.
I'll leave it to someone who wasn't listed in his public apology list to ban him. No conflict of interest that way.

Hire Callahan as OC and let him have what he wants in the draft and FA. We had a great loss when Braylon walked. We have no deep threats. I would bet Bill would have the OL together as a top notch squad before the season starts. I bet the WR's that start 1-2 would be vertical threats. The RB's would be fine with a descent OL. This is of course if Rex, Woody and if he's still here, Tanny would give Bill freedom and trust to let Bill do his own shopping. Sure, he would get rid of some popular players, it's business, and he would also pick his own QB, despite what Rex says. That what has to happen to win.
Last night's loss really hurts. Can we really recover from this? It just seems like the offense is getting worse every week. It even seems like the team's smash mouth attitude is getting toned down, too. All I pictured today was Tebow running for six. Fucking heart breaking. Now, we're going to have to win out, but I don't see us even winning half those games. What a fucking mess.
need a run blocking and decent pass protecting RT. it will really make things alot easier for the offense to operate. even schottys shit offense.
1. Improve the O-line. The Pass protection has been very poor... looking at you Hunter!! I'm sure if you ask Rex though, Hunter is probably the best RT in the NFL. 2. Give Sanchez a green light for the rest of this season, let him just go crazy and don't hand cuff him. We aren't making the playoffs, anyone who thinks we are at this stage is delusional. MAYBE if we had some tie breakers, but we've managed to lose every single one of our games against AFC opponents, aside from Bills, so we're fcked. 3. Get a good HB... Can we make a move on Forte in the offseason if the Bears still dick him around? That would be nice. 4. Do NOT run offensive plays where Mulligan is assigned 1-1 vs any pass rusher. WTF?! How the hell does that happen?! 5. OBVIOUSLY get rid of Schotty, that's a no brainer. Continuity is GREAT!! But.. do we really want THIS offense to continue? I don't think so. That would be a good start.
It started with the change of philosophy. Personnel decisions were made from that. Personnel and the philosophy change did not work out as planned. They went back to the previous plan. Don't have the people for that. Right now the offense does not know what it is. Add bad offensive line play, a rattled young QB with some weaknesses and a poor situational OC. It equals the Jets offense.
Problem is sanchez Under perfect conditions most qbs can do well. The reason we traded up for sanchez and are paying him millions of dollars per season is to......."make some plays". Thats the difference between an nfl qb and everybody else. Problem is....sanchez cant make any plays unless its to the other team's db. Our offense has sucked for a while. Get rid of s&s before our defense gets old.
Qb doesnt suck nor does the rb. Since the Oline is sucking the qb and rb and suffering. I seen Sanchez take way too many hits and many late/illegal hits. Greene often starts to get into to rhythm and that is always when Schotty likes to throw lol. S. Greene as averaging 3.9 ypc btw, and that is with a poor passing game, and bad oline play.
