    Hearing Jets are likely to re-sign PK Nick Folk, but he won't get a free pass. Will have competition for job.

    Certainly not the Jets biggest offseason concern, but I wouldn't mind an upgrade at PK.

    he sucked last year. i have no confidence in him as a kicker, between the missed 23 yarder to start the game vs. the patriots only to see gostkowski drill a 50 yarder on the next possesion along with that missed 44 yarder against the giants i've had enough of nick folk. draft someone or bring in rackers.

    He didnt cost us a game in his 2 years, thats the way I look at it. He made some clutch kicks, and missed some that could have helped a lot (Patriots game in meadowlands to open the game)

    I'm ok with this. Who else is out there thats better?

    Wish we would've kept Weatherford because we neeb a punter BAD

    Rackers and Feely are the only guys out there better than him, but they're both getting up there in age and are on the downside of their careers. Bringing Folk back makes sense. I would like an upgrade at Punter, however.

    I would take Feely back. They're kickers they can play til they're 50 if they want

    I am not a fan of Folk's, but it is more important to get a new punter.

    This is another option I'm behind. Those 7th round comp picks almost never work out, just take two specialists and hope they work out.

    He's a descendent of one of the people who invented Thanksgiving... who are we to doubt Nick Folk?

    I'm fine with bringing him back, but I wouldn't be opposed to getting Feely, either.

    I'm ok w/ Folk, we could do worse but I had read that Feely was a FA and I would prefer to get him back.

    We need an upgraded punter WAY more than an upgraded kicker. Folk was clutch at the start of the year but he lost confidence as the Jets lost momentum; both will return.

    I've supported Folk but I don't like not knowing whether he's going to make chip shots or not. I'd sooner have a K that is clutch from 35-40yds or less but less successful beyond that.

    I could careless ...Folk was mediocre last yr. But I agree with a lot of the posts we need a good punter
