I can't imagine a situation where Ocho is on the team. he barely produced and was inactive for a couple of playoff games, wasn't he? they don't need him. Branch will simply be a casualty of the Patriots way. they aren't going to pay him, and with their system and the recent signings really don't need him.
Might be on the roster simply due to it not being worth cutting him. Would hardly save anything iirc. I only see him being cut if his roster spot is absolutely required for someone else.
I agree..they have already signed 3 or 4 receivers and they still have 4 first day draft picks..who knows where they will go with those.
They lost 2 Super Bowls because of a monster 4 man rush with amazing depth. Now they have 4 day one picks in a draft that is deeper in pass rushers than it has been in a very long time. I wouldn't be surprised to see them draft 2 pass rushers early, even trading up a couple of spots to grab one of them.
