I've liked Decastro from the get go, very versatile player.

Rieff could fall to 16. If not, trade back and try to get 3 within the first 2 rounds or 4 within the first 3.

With what all the world now knows about Tebow, if he were just coming out in THIS draft, who would take him and where? Would anyone draft him as a QB?

Everybody knew last year what they know now and Denver took him in the first round even though most thought he should go in the 3rd or 4th..so yeah, somebody would. He won a Heisman and a lot of football games as a QB..there is always someone who will take a player like that.

Agreed, not a great QB but definitely a very good football player. A lot of people would take interest.

With the Revis situation heating up. What impact do you guys see it having on our draft? Trade back and grab extra players? RB isn't a huge need right now, Tebow, yes Tebow can help fill that role. Lets pray we do not trade up at all.

I have a question...and, I'm sure this has been hashed in other threads, but figured I'd bring it here...with the Revis situation heating up and the potential for a hold out do the Jets go Jenkins here at 16? Off the field situations not withstanding, the guy is a stud.

Of course, the Jets could save themselves a TON of up front child support money, build a onsite daycare and just have Cromartie and Jenkins kids in there and they'd have a new side business...Gang Green Kiddy Kare. lol lol

Seriously though...do we even think about CB at that spot with the Revis situation?

Personally, I think they sign Revis to long term money, but who knows.

What makes anyone think Tebow can be successful as a RB? A QB running is dramatically different than a RB. He is not as big and strong as Peyton Hillis, and he sure in the hell isn't faster than NFL caliber running backs. Besides, didn't he crack or bruise ribs against the Patsies?

If anyone thinks that the Jets can take Tebow put him 7 yards deep and run power or off tackle with him successfully is nuts.

I blame this whole thing on Rex. He is trying to run an offense like he runs a defense with a million different packages. Offenses have to get rhythm to be successful, you can't just shuttle packages in and out.

I see a lot of delay of games in the Jets future.

Not think CB, but think adding more players to fill more voids, and perhaps change the scheme a bit. Right now we play man, if Revis issue became more obvious then its very clear we cannot play man to man without him.

Wildcat. Whatever you want to call it, Denver did lead the league in rushing, due in part to Tebow. He is a proven football player - that cannot be argued.

Its funny. Tannenbaum gets kinda ticked off sometimes. I think about Kendall and Thomas Jones and even Revis. Tanny sometimes shows he won't be bullied; sometimes I think to a fault.

Lets trade up for Richardson! If there's no trade up we should take bpa at 16 which to me is Reiff, Barron, Floyd, Ingram, Martin, Jones then Upshaw in that order In my honest opinion

a POSSIBLE pipe dream could go reality

trade up for richardson WHILE keeping this years 16 and getting a great pass rusher/wr, then use whats left, conditionals and Free agent money , to fill up the holes (i.e. S,OT,WR, Revis's contract)

I would love a right tackle but I'm not sure there are any worthy of a first round pick.
