I don't think I said any of that nor hated on Holmes. I've been pretty rational with my approach to Holmes, I think. I'm saying more for his own sake that he shouldn't say things that are going to bring more heat down on him.

He's under the microscope and a lot of people are questioning his value to the team, like I said, once he proves that he still has value if he wants to speak his mind and be controversial he can go right ahead, he's earned it. But right now when everyone is over-analyzing everything that he says and does (i.e. the helmet throwing thing, taking himself out of reps...which, for the record, I said at the time he probably just injured himself and it was good that he was frustrated because it shows that he actually cares) he should either shut his mouth or if he's asked something directly take the "gee golly, everything is hunkey-dorey" approach like 99% of every athlete in every sport in their offseasons.

I agree. Holmes needs to keep quiet as of this point, because the media is 100% targeting him, and anything he says can be blown out of proportion. Sanchez is also being targeted by the media, but at least he is using the right words to what he's saying and has the mentality of "what happens in practice, stays in practice".

You posted a vindictive, nasty attack on a current Jet player. I asked you to back it up. You responded with a personal attack, and nothing of substance.

If you didn't like my post you could have scrolled past it, or just have said what was wrong with it. You did neither. I on the other hand have again shown your posts to be worthless.

    That about covers it.

Unlike some others here, I did not say that You have posted personal attacks on Holmes. Please let me clarify that.

And while I understand your point about the microscope, I personally find Holmes to be entertaining and informative. Don't you think it is informative what a quality veteran player says, particularly since it seems accurate, about where the Jet O is right now?

I also am certain that the Jet organization at least is not bothered by this sort of thing. They may even like it. It seems to be Ryan's style.

So I disagree with your prescription for the situation. Nothing personal. I just see it differently.

Yes, he's talking out of his ass. He's been uber-overreactor for years and his predictions are just guesses & not even educated ones.
When it comes to Jets Greeny is the ultimate "something will go wrong" fan. Guys like him need for something to go wrong -- perpetual losers.
Now add to this that he is actually getting paid to "interpret" things -- read "spin", "scare", "mislead", etc.

6 months ago after 8-8 regular season Greeny's main reason for "horrible" performance was Rex not paying attention to O and concentrating exclusively on D. And now according to Greenberg, Mark is out and T is in because ... why? Because Rex all of a sudden pays attention to offence to the point when he hand-picks plays? Am I supposed to believe that Rex turn 180 degrees in half year? Or perhaps Rex listened to Greeny and was shamed by his brilliant analysis into leading Jets O into the battle?

Yes, Greeny is talking out of his ass!
Let me put it this way. You know how most media shits on Jets and kisses Pats? The whole "Jets can't do anything right while BB's shit doesn't stink" business Well, Greeny is in the front of this group with a megaphone. And wearing Jets jersey... disgusting.

Go back to the video. Tone says some nice things about Tebow and comments about him being a "football player" (discussing Tebow's "role" as a WC QB).

    Andrew S replied and said:
It's clear that he's including "Tebow as a WC QB" as part of a "2 QB system" in his question.
