Hire John as a GM and Jay as the HC.

No shot of this happening since Woody is going to keep Rex as HC and Tanny as some prized pig.

But would you welcome it, if in the realm of possibilities?

No way. The next gm MUST have some type of scouting experience or be close to GM from a winning organization (which forced him to interact with scouting department).

No more bullshit like forcing people into jobs they're not trained for .... like moving accountants into GM roles. Let's not repeat the same mistakes.

    Not in a million years.

A new system, a 5th year QB, and the most complex verbiage on offense..l.no thanks.

Only if Chucky was the HC. He doesn't know jack about being a GM.

if for some reason Jon wanted to give up his great gig on MNF before his contract expires, than I would love for him to be a HC, not a GM. However, he probably wouldn't leave MNF yet and he most certainly would never be the HC of the NYJ..

I'd welcome Gruden as the HC he'd be our Harbaugh

Hell I wish we could get Gruden as HC/OC, Rex as DC/AHC and Scott Fitterer

If Rex gets canned, Gruden is the only coach I would want the Jets to go after.

Just remember, no Super Bowl winning coach has ever won a Super Bowl
    with a second team.

Sample bias. Most Super Bowl winning coaches never coach for another franchise.

Gruden is a terrible head coach and has an even worse eye for talent.

Not true at all: George Seifert, Jimmy Johnson, Bill Parcells, Mike Holmgren, Mike Shanahan, Tom Flores and Mike Ditka
all coached other teams after winning the Super Bowl, and none ever won one.
