A little optimism for the pro hill crowd. Mehta: Best Jets WR at minicamp so far: Stephen Hill... plenty of drops for the rest of the group. #nyj 1:04pm - 17 Jun 14

Dennis Waszak Jr. @DWAZ73 1m Geno: "I'm a sponge, man. I'm learning as much as I can ... Just soaking it all up." #Jets
Dennis Waszak Jr. @DWAZ73 13s Geno: "Decker's a pro's pro. Knows his assignments ... A guy who's consistent, knows how to get in & out of cuts, always a QB's best friend"
Kristian Dyer @KristianRDyer 47s Somewhere in there is Michael Vick. #nyjets pic.twitter.com/HC2hck3xD5
Kristian Dyer @KristianRDyer 1m Caught up with Milliner. Said he was in 100 percent today. No issues with hamstring. #nyjets
Kristian Dyer @KristianRDyer 18s Just caught up with Colon. He says he will be ready for training camp. #nyjets
that's good to hear, and exactly what i'm hoping Decker can bring. reliable route running and being open when it's time to move the chains. something Geno can depend on, and grow from.
Decker is going to be a huge addition. I am really looking forward to fielding an actual Receiving Unit.
Dennis Waszak Jr. @DWAZ73 1m Willie Colon: "I feel good. Another day at the office. I'll be ready for training camp." #Jets
agreed, and i like the approach Rex is taking. get those guys experience starting, w/o the security of Landry back there. Eventually, if Pryor and Allen keep progressing, they will end up the two starters. Opening day though, i don't see anyway Rex puts out 4 inexperienced guys in his secondary. maybe as the season progresses he will, so get them the reps and learning experience now. But i expect Landry to be the initial glue and caller of the secondary to start the season up.
Chris Nimbley @Cnimbley 1m Quick before Rex. Hill had another really solid day, Decker of course. Patterson & McDougle both looked great in secondary #Jets
Chris Nimbley @Cnimbley 35s Patterson made a handful of plays but one spectacular pick. Read the route QB's eyes, jumped route for the pick
any word yet on Quincy Enuwa? i was a little intrigued by this guy after reading up on him post draft. haven't heard a peep tho.. destined for the PS (if not stolen first)?
Enunwa sounds like he's pretty raw, PS is probably a reasonable spot for him to land. I haven't heard anything about him either.
Chris Nimbley @Cnimbley 39s A few, one outstanding. Caught tight pass in traffic & had his helmet ripped off & held on RT "@SteveCono: any notable plays from Saunders?” I guess this is what Mayock meant when he said he was one of the toughest players in football.
