We need a "Welcome to the Jets, Leon McFadden" thread, resplendent with a YouTube highlight reel of defended passes and 90-yd INT returns. One exists, right?
You would get more honesty from a drug dealer when asked if his shit is "good" than these you tube vids lol
id still trade for jonathan joseph...with this move our CB's go from crisis to decent pretty quickly.
Agreed, but we aren't trading for him with that contract he has. He's got an $11.25 million cap hit. It's safe to say we are not trading for him LOL
You think? Because the Jets clearly should have been able to claim someone for the top of the depth chart from players who aren't on their former terms depth charts at all.
Hurry someone post a college highlight video so when we cut him in 4 months I can post a sarcastic comment
Way I see it is this: With our front 7, most teams QBs are going to have little time to find open targets, I think we'll be alright with average CBs tbh
Obviously everyone knew Stephen Hill sucked except the Jets, that's why 31 other teams passed on him. jk
I don't disagree. But I think the question is, do we have average CBs? I think Milliner is going to be good, but he's still a question mark right now, and behind him everyone is a question mark at best.
I agree. The problem is at the starting position....not the depth. This doesn't right anything. They still need a starting corner. Trade for JJ or Jason McCourty.
Nobody wanted to pay his remaining salary. Gotta suck to go from $1m salaries the next 2 years to about $170k on a PS. Or about $450k if he signs to an active roster. But if he could catch a ball he'd still be with the Jets.
None of the vets released are going to get signed now because their salary would be guaranteed . They'll get signed after game 1 if I'm correct?
This guy only let up 15 catches last year for a total of 180 yards according to pff. Browns might have given up on this guy way too early
