Looks like the draft run at WR back in May was for the birds......shame cause these drafts are/were very deep at wide out.
Saunders did see action on offense even if it was brief. He was on the field vs Chicago after Decker was injured. I wanted Bruce Ellington in the 4th round but thought the Saunders pick was okay. Turns out it was a putrid selection.
That moron traded a 4th round pick for Chris Ivory last year. You have to take the good with the bad.
The team had very little depth, so rookies have to start. You can't expect rookies to shine immediately. That is very rare. Amaro is already making an impact and Pryor needs some time, but both will be successful in this league in my opinion.
Imo how much it would cost that he get us in the first round twice last may, I do believe a 3rd ,2 4th and a 5th
Jalen signed to Cardinals practice squad. What a joke, how do not even give a 4th round pick with decent upside a chance?
Lol. Really. 3rd rounder - IR 4th rounder - cardinals ps 4th rounder - IR 5th rounder - jaguars active roster
We basically swapped punt returners in Walter Powell(Cardinals 6th round draft pick) with Jalen Saunders(Jets 4th round draft pick) That doesn't sound like we won that deal with Arizona.
And hundreds of thousands of dollars and thousands of hours of preparation went into these decisions.
We had scouts, but I wonder if they got their badge? Better get some damn Eagle scouts next time Johnny.
That's the public perception anyway. It's starting to look like it was closer to a rainy afternoon, a bottle of Glenlivet and a dart board.
4th round , hell, look what he did with the 3rd round pick. The worst part is that they had longer to go over their notes before the draft. Roger moved it out to May for some stupid reason and we still couldn't get it right.
