Life as a Jet fan has been all down hill since that game. While attending that game and beating New England in New England on that cold January day I realize now that was my SuperBowl. I've come to grips that in the next 10 years I will never experience any glory close to that. This team is an absolute disaster and it all starts with the owner.

He has even made mistakes that will continue to haunt this franchise for the next 20 years. Most notably deciding to go halfsies for Giants Stadium 2, instead of returning the team to NYC. What do you expect from a guy that has never worked a day in his life, was handed the Johnson & Johnson and doesnt have a firm grip on the franchise. Further more, do you ever see owners like Kraft, Jerry Jones, Mara's, and Rooney ever wearing team paraphernalia? The guy is an amateur.

In addition as a republican, I blame him for Mitt Romney's loss. (ok that was a rant)

Technically, Woody has nothing to do with running Johnson & Johnson. That was his father.
    Woody runs an investment company.

Didn't Woody want the team in NYC when there were first talks about moving the Jets? I can also recall it was push back from NY that killed the project. Don't blame Woody for that one, though I agree that he had everything handed down to him and couldn't earn an honest buck if he tried. Anyway, who cares about the stadium. The Giants seem to be successful in it, so why can't we? I guess this is the part where you'd blame Obama?

Yes it is his fault (although as a Jersey native I don't mind) but he could have played hardball with the city. "Fine I'll move the team to LA where they will build me my own stadium" would have been one way.

I don't think they would have let him go, they would have made some type of deal with him, maybe not the Westside Stadium but something else. The problem is he has no business acumen being a trust fund kid so he got worked on that deal and now the team is back sharing a stadium with the Vagiants.

If Woody had gone out in public and made Dolan look like the ass he is and threatened to move the team the city would have been up in arms. The Jets might still be the 2nd team in the city but they're still New York's team.

Actually Woody is in charge of the anal lubricant division, which was used in large quantities selling PSLs to the fans.

Yes he did....they were all set to break ground at some train yard on the west side of Manhattan when some fat NYC fuck amed Daniel Silver (?) gave it thumbs down at the last second. And it was 'final' with no recourse.

That being said, the only place worse than the swamp would have been on a platform over a train yard with zero parking, zero tailgating, and 100% chance of ISIS blowing the place up from underneath with a coal train filled with camel shit mixed with diesel fuel and a bic lighter.

I am also a Jersey native too and I don't mind that we stayed in Jersey. But I wish it was not sharing with the Giants.

it makes no sense, all he has done is try to build a winner and people whine. I understand the hatred of the stadium and feeling gouged based on PSLs but that's life in the modern sports world.
