Why not? Build a dominant defense with top draft picks and some free agents, that way you are in almost every game. Have a very good offensive line to keep the chains moving and the other offense on the sideline. I do not want any part of Mariotta especially if he will not be ready for several years. I don't even want a wide receiver with the 6th pick. I would take an edge rusher or a stud offensive lineman. Maybe a top corner based on the combine.

Baltimore and Chicago are great spots if he wants to be a backup. Might actually get the chance to start in Chicago if Cutler implodes. Buffalo, NYJ and Houston gives him the best oppurtunity if he wants to start again.
