Bill Lewis FoxSports.com The NFL league office has quickly uncovered evidence of a check issued by Jets offensive co-ordinator Chan Gailey to former Jets outside linebacker IK Enemkpali just hours after a locker room brawl left projected starting quarterback Geno Smith with a broken jaw. According to league sources, the check, made out to cash, only came to light after being rejected by an upper Westside bodega because, according to the shop's owner "it had a peculiar circus" background". "Normally something like this wouldn't make me suspicious, but I also couldn't help but notice the fine cock he had on a leash." The check, which had been affixed to the wall above the cash register, was spotted by a league employee who had stopped by to get a pack of Winstons and a lottery ticket. "Yeah...I may have a slight gambling problem" the anonymous league employee said. "I should really quit these too" he said, pointing to the pack of cigarettes. There have been reports that Chan Gailey, Jets head coach Todd Bowles and 2nd string quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick were spotted having lunch at the Bada Bing, an adult entertainment club located along Route 46 in Parsippiny New Jersey. Team owner Woody Johnson could not be reached for comment.
I want a refund on the half a minute it took me to read that giant block of shit. You should be ashamed of yourself.
I hope somebody posts that joke about [NFL Team] finding a white powdery substance on the practice field end zone and halting practice only to find after a police investigation it was goal line paint. I can't get enough of that one. _
The worst part about this whole situation is that I actually somewhat believed this for a split second after reading the first sentence, and was horrified. When "Jets starting quarterback set to miss 6-10 weeks with broken jaw after being punched in the face by teammate" is an actual headline, all bets are off.
It's funny, you see, because Geno Smith isn't any good and Chan Gailey is so desperate not to have him as the starting QB that he would pay a player to to injure Geno, but you would never expect a coach to behave that way so the reveal is both humorous and unexpected.
You're gonna stay right where you are and take the abuse! You won't like it but you will learn from it.
Calm down Coach. I'll take the abuse. The original post was just a goof on the ridiculous media machine gun ....spraying mis-information by the minute. I guess if it was any good I wouldn't have to explain it.
