Because the kids learn it all in school and then bring it home to fill in the parents..what else? Bach when I went to school they didn't teach us the tricks in how to beat a ticket.
Don... stop being retarded. You still have yet to make a connection between people that have children and knowledge of radar certification.
I have 2 kids both of whom have been through drivers ed in the last 3 years. I have never heard of this, and highly doubt that this is even true in my state and probably not true in a lot of the states in the country. Personally, I think Sheldon is an ass for pleading not guilty.
It is actually very true. A radar gun needs to be calibrated often for it to be accurate. If a police officer can not show a calibration up to date, the speeding ticket is thrown out. I've gotten out of three or four tickets that way. Asked the officer if he could please provide me his calibration report for the radar gun he is using. Every time I've done it, they come back with a warning. One time was 30 mph over.
The truth behind radar certification still has absolutely zero to do with parental guidance in this thread.
It is absolutely true and my son beat two tickets with this when he was in the 17-20 year age range. Of course that is NJ but I assume in this day and age the laws are pretty much the same everywhere. And I didn't mean they teach it in driver ed, I meant the kids are so savvy these days and pass the information around in school to one another.
You plead Not Guilty to give the lawyers time to sort out the facts and negotiate a plea agreement. It's not a refusal to accept responsibility or an indication that you are disputing the charges
Yeah dude I wonder about my nephew too. I'm like you need to hit the gym when you get older dude. Tall as hell but so lanky. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
2015 Jets MVP: Sheldon Richardson's attorney. Hearing was scheduled for this morning, guy got it further delayed until November. The process itself is said to take over a month. Almost 0 chance for more discipline before next season.
It's what all courts do, continuances are a pain to deal with, but I think it was Jetaho who said it, it allows for attorneys and prosecutors to sort out facts and apply appropriate punishment. Most of the time, as long as the case does not involve loss of life, they negotiate some kind of Accelerated Rehab, fine and probation, or community service.
