They are insane! Those things look hideous, and I'm sure they can't be good for one's body. Thank God I've never seen one of those on anyone in person. There is a tribe or tribes in Africa that brand themselves. In their eyes it supposedly makes them more attractive. I think both men and women do it as part of initiation into adulthood. I wonder if that's where the idea came from?

I can't even understand people getting tatoos, much less brands. Oh well, different strokes for different folks, I guess.
