while you are correct on smith. he would need to catch 1 pass in my estimation to surpass kerly, who i dont think takes 1 offensive snap this year
Did he bang your girlfriend or something? He had 800+ yards receiving his second year in the league when he was given a larger role in the offense. He's a much better player than Kembrell Thompkins whom has just under 900 career receivings yards in 4 years including a year starting off the year as one of Tom Brady's top targets. You're blind if you think he's a better player.
He has 9 career fumbles in nearly 700 carries. His fumbling problems were blown out of proportion because Belichick likes to try to make an example out of players by benching them.
he isnt better then thompkins, and the pats dont really throw outside the hash. what kerley did 4 or 5 years ago is completely irrelevant. he is trash now.
if NE picked up kerley he would easily get 80 catches 10 TDs / year with brady... should be happy hes not there
9 fumbles in NE is like 19 elsewhere. Remember how Green-Ellis never fumbled while he was there then went to Cinci and started fumbling more?
Gawd did Ridley suck for the Jets. He was terrible. He stepped it up in the second NE game at least I can say that (good) about him.
Kerley has ability but he's selfish and/or lazy which is why he didn't want to play special teams for the Jets. He returned punts for TDs a couple of times so he has the ability instead he opted to turn into the fair catch king, a non-big name non-star one dimensional player which is why he's now with one of the worst franchises in football. He could've been so much more.
