Other than me thinking this guy should be slightly more invovled in our game plan, why hasnt he thrown a pass yet? We havent tryed any trickery with him really since than failed 3rd down run with him.. Or maybe a pass like rothlisberger threw to rand'el an than he threw it down field. We gotta use this guy a little more...

He has seen a lot more action as a standard receiver with Dwight out. I think teams are starting to forget he's out on the field ...

The big trick play(s) will come when we need them most.

I was pleased to see him getting some looks at WR on critical 3rd down plays towards the end of the game. We've yet to really see him stretch the field. I was hoping he'd be a threat to do so, but perhaps he's not.

I'm SURE its only a matter of time before Brad Smith throws a pass.

If we play Indy (in the dome), Smith will DEFINITELY throws a pass.

I'm sure Schott and Genius have some tricks up their sleeves for the playoffs.

you can't compare Leon Johnson, Lamont, and Curtis to BRAD SMITH...yeah Leon played a little quarterback, but was not an accomplished passer. Brad Smith threw for over 8,000 yards in college and has a stronger arm than our quarterback. I made a thread about this yesterday and totally agree Brad Smith needs to be used as a weapon throwing the football and I believe that he will be come playoff time.
