    wrong. 1 2-14 team, 1 3-13 team, 2 4-12 teams, 2 5-11 teams.

Washington drafts behind the other 5-11 team (Arizona) in first round, due to a stronger SoS. Thus, they flip in the 2nd round. Washington drafts 5th in the 2nd round (6th in the 1st).

    #37 overall.

... who did Washington take with that pick they had to move up for and give us their 2 this year? I'm sure whoever it is they got hosed again... those guys have been blowing drafts for years and they keep getting worse

The redskins took Rocky McIntosh in the second round last year. He in all 16 games and he had 28 tackles. Sounds like they made a great trade to get him. They don't understand you have to have draft picks to build a team that will win more than 5 games in a season. Oh well.

Is that stat right? 28 tackles in 16 games? Did Tangini take the GM's lunch money and bang his wife after that trade too?

Rocky McIntosh. Linebacker out of the U. He didn't play early on, but after Marcus Washington got injured, he started late in the season. Played against the Giants.

that's misleading. he was only on special teams until the end of the season.

He got a lot of playing time the last two games. 15 tackles and 2 assists.

It also gives us the ability to trade up to grab somebody we may really like or trade a pick to a team for a player we really like.

Even still... to trade up in the 2nd round and give up next years 2 for a special teams seems silly

I believe the redskins only have 1 day 1 pick this year because they traded them all away

If I was a Washington fan I'd be demanding Snyder be forced to sell the team
